Add support for Windows panel

Since Windows 7, Windows has a new panel with which you have available micro-actions (whatever it is).

This panel brings accessibility for common things (for example, with Mozilla Firefox) like recent documents (web pages) which can be pinned, and common actions like new window, new tab etc.
enhancement recommendation
Utilize this feature for recent channels and contacts.
Recent documents:
- Recent Contacts (would be particularly useful for users who want to pin a contact to this "recent" list so they will be immediately accessible from such panels, instead of opening the roster)
- Recent Groupchats
Actions:
- Status (for changing current status)
- Start Chat
- Join Group Chat
- Send Single Message
