Enhancements for Emacs Gtk binding theme
When the user has selected the Emacs gtk keybinding theme some application shortcuts interfere, specifically Ctrl-h which opens the history when deleting a character and Alt-d which opens a menu when deleting from the character to the end of the word. These should preferably be disabled as is the case with Ctrl-w for example. I'm attaching a trivial patch for this.
In addition to that it would be useful to bind Ctrl-m to "Send message" when in Emacs binding mode. Emacs (and bash) users are used to this combination instead of the return key and it saves the painful flexing of the wrist in order to reach it. Unfortunately I could not figure out how to implement this change.
