SSL certificate verification fails on trusted certificate
I have a jabber server with an SSL-certificate. It delivers the complete chain, i.e. the certificate itself and three other CA-certificates. As far as I can see, the server behaves correct by doing this. The last certificate (root CA) is installed on my system as trustworthy (it's in the ca-certificates package in Debian Lenny, which I have installed).
Now Gajim should be able to correctly verify the certificates. But when I connect I get the error message: "Unable to verify certificate; self-signed certificate in the chain". I have the option to ignore this error, but unlike in the case of a selfsigned certificate I can't add the fingerprint as trusted.
The correct behaviour would be to detect the validity of the certificate chain and accept the connection.
