mime-type for audio recordings is currently set to application/octet-stream, should be audio/mp4

when recording audio and sending that form gajim via httpupload, the mime-type of the resulting m4a stream is not reflecting that this data indeed is audio. This breaks software that is relying on file type detection, like transcoding bots. It would be great if gajim would send and audio mime type when recording a voice message.
