Can't easily access a user's OMEMO details from the "Details" dialog for that participant within a MUC

[in a group chat,] when you right-click a participant and click "Details",

…you get only the "Information" pane of the dialog, you cannot see a filtered version of the "Encryption (OMEMO)" pane, that shows only in the global chatroom's details dialog.

It feels unexpected that you couldn't get a subset of it in the individual participant's details dialog.

There are also other panes missing from that dialog compared to viewing the properties of a 1:1 chat with that person, such as "Notes" and "Devices", I don't know if they would be allowable in a group chat context?
