Allow expanding the [read more] text inline

I would rather have this feature disabled entirely, but here it is. Also related to #12279 (closed).

Having the [read more] button feature a new window is at best awkward. It has the advantage at least over solutions like prosody's mod_pastebin that it doesn't force me to open a browser, but it still forces me to somewhat leave the context of my xmpp client.

As a stopgap measure I would like to be able to expand the text within the chat, instead of opening a new window.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
