Put profile name in window title

Description

If you're running multiple instances of Gajim, where Gajim is started using -p profilename, it would be useful to have the profile name included in Gajim's Window title. This would make switching between the instances a lot faster.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
