GTK4: Drag and drop on conversation view does not work

Versions

• OS: Fedora 41
• Gajim version: 1.9.5 3e2331ac
• GTK version: 4.16.5
• Python-nbxmpp version: 5.0.4

I'm running Gajim on Xwayland in Fedora 41 under a limited user.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Create a file that Gajim can't access due to insufficient permissions
2. Drag and drop the file onto Gajim chat
3. See that "drop files here" popup persists

Expected behavior

Action is ignored, as per GTK3 Gajim.

Actual behavior

The "drop files here" popup persits. Switching between chats doesn't close the popup. Gajim has to be restarted.
