XEP-0469: Bookmark Pinning

This is an important feature when there are many conversations. Spec: https://xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0469.html

Gajim already supports pinning chats by Right Click > Pin Chat, but it doesn't seem to fully implement XEP-0469 as it is not listed in https://gajim.org/support/extensions/.
