Windows: Preview error with colon in file name

It seems that windows packaged version of gajim do not support some picture and download bar goes infinite.

Versions

• OS: Windows
• Gajim version: 1.4.7
• GTK version: Windows packaged
• Python-nbxmpp version: Windows packaged

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. take a png screenshot (on wayland with fishell) : grim -t png -g (slurp) - | pngquant - --strip > /tmp/screenshot-(date +%Y-%m-%d_%H:%M:%S).png or in a more classic way : grim -t jpg -g (slurp) /tmp/screenshot-(date +%Y-%m-%d_%H:%M:%S).jpg
2. Upload with Dino(Linux) or Gajim(Linux) on private room
3. Conversations(Android)/Dino(Linux)/Gajim(Linux) clients can download and see the screenshot but Gajim (Windows build) clients can't.

Expected behavior

You should be able to download and see the screenshot.

Actual behavior

On windows the download goes in infinite mode see this screenshot
