HTTP file upload SSL issue
Please first check if another issue has been opened for your problem
Versions
- OS: Linux Mint 20.3
- Gajim version: 1.3.3 (flatpak)
- GTK version: 3.24.30
- Python-nbxmpp version: 2.0.4
Steps to reproduce the problem
- Sign in to a server whose SSL cert is self signed and HTTP upload (prosody 0.11.x) is supported.
- Remember to add the server's SSL cert to list of trusted certificates and upload a file that is within the size limits specified by the server
Expected behavior
Because the server's SSL certificate is trusted, Gajim should ignore it and proceed to uploading the file.
Actual behavior
Gajim shows an error, saying that the file upload was not complete because it didn't receive the certificate it expected from the server. I'm unable to make use of the HTTP upload feature I have added to my server.
