Gajim on Windows 7 crashes with openssl package version mismatch

Versions

  • OS: Windows 7 Professional 64 bit
  • Gajim version: the version in Gajim-Portable-Master-64bit-2021-03-07.exe, but issue already exists since Gajim-Portable-Master-64bit-2021-03-05.exe at least.

Steps to reproduce the problem

I ran Gajim installed from Gajim-Portable-Master-64bit-2021-01-16.exe relatively crash free though it started crashing randomly, maybe because I installed the updates offered by the plugin manager, so OMEMO for example got updated. Because of the crashes I updated via Gajim-Portable-Master-64bit-2021-03-05.exe. Since then Gajim crashes instantly on startup before the GUI even show up. I then tried again with the master build which followed since then, but the situation stayed the same. Gajim_crash_log_03-2021.txt
