Shutdown Gajim gracefully on system shutdown

Linux

This can be done by modifying the disabled LoginD module to listen for the shutdown signal

Right now the module listens for Sleep which is not needed anymore because we dont need to do anything specific on Sleep

Windows

We cant use DBus there, so we need another way to discover when we shutdown
