For some reason Gajim wants me to type the GPG key password each time when I log into my jabber account. The account's password was added to

Use PGP agent . I don't know whether it's the same as GPG agent (it should be), but when I try to switch it on, it switches, but each time I restart Gajim, it's set back to off.
So the question is: how to make Gajim connect to the GPG agent so it could pick up the GPG key password from the cache?
