Can not receive user's OMEMO keys
When run from terminal, I get the following error trying to initiate OMEMO encryption with the user. In this example, my side is yyy@tilda.center, user I'm trying to start encrypted chat with is xxx@tilda.center. He has OMEMO configured, we checked via Conversations on Android.
