Remove wicd plugin or update it to work with gajim master

The wicd project seems orphaned, no release since 2016.

The plugin still depends on dbus_support.py which has been removed from gajim master.

Any objections to remove the wicd plugin?

from master? no, although it would be trivial to port it to Glib dbus, but i guess this can be done by the person who actually needs it
