[usability] Allow uploading files per drag and drop

I don't know whether the Gajim plugin system allows that, but it would be great if files/ pictures dragged onto the HTTP upload button would be uploaded like this. The current behaviour is that all files dragged into the chat window (including the buttons) are sent via the "traditional" XMPP p2p file transfer way.
